Tobiuo Sushi & Bar

KPC partnered with Tobiuo Sushi & Bar for its debut in Katy, Texas, in May 2018, introducing Houstonians to Morimoto-trained and Michelin-noted Executive Chef Mike Lim and his team’s mission to elevate the status quo of the sushi experience. Building excitement for Tobiuo’s refined sushi program, craft cocktails and warm hospitality through targeted outreach to media and influencers, social media and compelling photography of the beautifully plated cuisine and attractive space, KPC assisted in establishing Chef Lim as a talent to watch and earning Tobiuo notoriety among its Katy neighbors and recognition by local critics as a Best New Restaurant of 2018 and a culinary destination for greater Houston. After ownership transferred to first-time restaurateur and Chef-Owner Sherman Yeung, KPC’s services were again enlisted. By showcasing the talented young team’s innovative approach and stunning rotation of seasonal dishes and tasting programs, KPC has ensured Tobiuo maintains the limelight and its status as one of the city’s best sushi restaurants.
