Killen's STQ
Killen’s STQ is an ambitious venture by Chef-Owner Ronnie Killen, seamlessly fusing the art of live-fire steakhouse cooking with the nuances of barbecue techniques, all within a relaxed fine dining setting. The carefully crafted menu draws inspiration from various dishes curated from years of participating in culinary competitions and hosting exclusive dining events. KPC played a pivotal role in launching Killen’s first concept within Houston city limits, which has received consistent praise from food writers and diners alike since its inception. Among KPC’s contributions are designing the brand’s logo, creating content to share its unique story, arranging live television segments and collaborating with Houstonia Magazine to host a Secret Supper to unveil and celebrate Killen’s STQ as “Best New Restaurant of 2017." While working with the restaurant group, Killen earned the prestigious distinction of being named a James Beard Award Semifinalist for Best Chef: Southwest.
