51fifteen Cuisine & Cocktails is situated inside the glamorous Saks Fifth Avenue at The Houston Galleria. Signing on during the hard-hat phase of the new buildout, KPC leveraged the team's restaurant savvy in introducing the beautiful bistro and its new-to-Houston chef to media, food and fashion influencers, Saks Fifth Avenue shoppers and the general public through media relations, social media and a series of successfully executed events. KPC also worked closely with 51fifteen in providing menu consulting, website direction, designing print and digital marketing assets and more.
